Metropolitan Supply offers hassle free returns. We pride ourselves on quality products and consistent customer service.
If you should ever purchase any product from Metropolitan Supply that proves to be defective we will promptly issue you an RA (Return Authorization) number and a call tag to obtain the defective merchandise. Replacement product will be shipped to you on the same day.
If you should ever need to return products for reasons other than being defective, you must first contact us to obtain an RA number. When returning product, you must include a copy of the original invoice. Please mark both the invoice and the outside of the box with the RA number. Once your return is received in-house, you will receive a Metropolitan Supply credit to be used towards any items available on the Metropolitan Supply website. Products over six months old will not be accepted and returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
