The Bond Between
The Bond Between is a non-profit organization that focuses on building the bond between humans and animals. With the support of thousands of fosters, volunteers and supporters in the community, they have rescued over 30,000 cats and dogs since their founding in 2009.
In addition to providing shelter, The Bond Between (formerly Secondhand Hounds) offers proper veterinary care, daily necessities, a stocked and operational pet food shelf as well as a respite foster program. Most importantly, it offers the opportunity for surrendered or taken in shelter animals to build bonds with humans while waiting for their forever homes.
