Shipping and Handling:
Metropolitan Supply offers free ground shipping on all orders shipped over $300 to the 48 contiguous states. A $7.99 handling charge on all orders under $300.00.

For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii there is a $15.00 handling fee charged on all orders under $1,000. There is no handling charged on orders over $1,000. All orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii do ship UPS Blue Label ground!


Return Policy:
If you should ever purchase any product from Metropolitan Supply that proves to be defective we will promptly issue you an RA (return authorization) and a UPS call tag to pick up the defective merchandise. Replacement product will be shipped to you on the same day.

If you should ever purchase products from Metropolitan Supply that you need to return for reasons other than being defective you must contact us to obtain an RA number. You must include a copy of the invoice and mark both the invoice and the outside of the box with the RA number that you received. You will receive a credit to be applied to other products purchased from Metropolitan Supply. No product over 6 months old will be accepted and all returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Metropolitan Supply offers no hassle returns. If you're not happy, we're not happy. We pride ourselves on quality products and great customer service. If you are not satisfied with either please let us know. If we can't resolve the issue we will pick up our product and credit your account.

All returns must be pre-approved with an RA number, simply contact your sales rep.


Obsolescence Policy:
Metropolitan Supply offers an obsolescence program for our customers that may have old, obsolete product that has been purchased from us or from any other company that is no longer returnable. All items that you purchase from Metropolitan Supply do qualify you for an obsolescence credit towards these returns. Once your return is approved by our General Manager you may return these items for a refund in the amount of your obso credit that you have qualified for. This is refunded in the form of a check payable to your company. This program allows you to turn your obsolete items into dollars and/or better moving inventory.
